Machine Translation (MT) online services such Google Translate, Microsoft Translator or MyMemory can help translators in their everyday work. However, sometimes you need to translate some top secret material or you are bound by a confidentiality agreement. If you are using any of the MT online services, you can disable it completely by unchecking the corresponding box in the Dashboard > Other resources and services panel, before you start a new project.

 Alternatively, you may disable the automatic matching via the right-click at your Machine Translation service tab and choosing "Stop automatic MT service" option. In this case, you will be able to look up the non-confidential parts (segments or phrases) of the document manually via the Translate command in the right-click menu or the "Translate selected fragment" link in the MT pane. Machine Translation online services are optional. You can stop or disable them anytime without affecting other CafeTran's features.
