2. You need to place them in the target segment around the equivalent translated terms.

Hi all, here is a really basic issue: TAGS.
1-Is it correct that tags determine the format and font of the document?
2-Shall I place tags in the target text next to the word of origin translated, or approximately in the same physical location as the tag is in the text of origin?
In other world, how shall I place tags in the target text for them to work adequately?
