DeepL API not working after 12.0.4 update

Any news here? I didn't upgrade yet, after reading Mario's warning (thanks for that, BTW!).
I think Mario is referring to free DeepL.com API. It is disabled as they appear not to allow it in CAT tools. Please see this thread: https://cafetran.freshdesk.com/a/forums/topics/6000068473

Well, it's not a big loss for me since I use MT rarely, but why didn't you mention it in the list of changes to the 12.0.4 update? Probably I would have kept the old version, at least up to a more significant update or upgrade.

I can inform you that the paid API still works fine.
And I just did so.

When trying to use DeepL API after the 12.0.4 update installation, CTE says that the authorization key is not valid or something similar.
Are we supposed to change the API code or has something changed in CTE?
