Feature request: replace user-defined tags with red tags if appropriate

In cases where a client first uses formatting to indicate functions and later on quotation marks, it would be handy if this was possible:

  • the translator defines the quotation marks as user-defined tags
  • CafeTran Espresso uses the positions of the red tags in the tmx to insert the user-defined tags (quotation marks).
