I do like the idea, could maybe designed a bit differently, but the basic concept is ok.

Three more candidates for a more comprehensive Dashboard:
1) A checkbox to enable/disable LO source/target view/preview
2) A selector to specify how to handle/view tags in the editor depending on whether projects are internal or external
3) A checkbox to make TMs only readable
