Three more candidates for a more comprehensive Dashboard:
1) A checkbox to enable/disable LO source/target view/preview
2) A selector to specify how to handle/view tags in the editor depending on whether projects are internal or external
3) A checkbox to make TMs only readable

The right column, containing free resources, mt engines and total recall databases (if you use them at all), contains ‘static’ resources. IMO you either use them for all projects or for none. YMMV though. So I think that they deserve less exposure and claim less Dashboard space, e.g. by collapsing them?
