Currently, the Surround features are mapped to these keyboard shortcuts:
Since many users will be using the US International keyboard*) for easy access to accented and special characters, it might be good idea to map the first one to Ctrl+Shift+1, and hey, lets map the other ones to Ctrl+Shift+1 and Ctrl+Shift+2?
*)Since this keyboard layout requires pressing space after ' and " (to get these), the Surround feature gives a contra-intuitive effect – which we do want to avoid, don't we :).
