CT won't start after latest update

Hi all,

I tried to update CafeTran to the latest version.

I downloaded the file to the desktop, used the Install update feature and it said install complete.

Since then, when I click on CafeTran, it won't open at all.

The CafeTran version I had was, if I remember well, 10.5

I have installed the latest Java 8 version and restarted the computer, but it is still the same.

What can I do?

Hi,

CafeTran 11.2 update instructions say:

"Make sure your current CafeTran version is at least 10.7. It also should run on Java 11 or a higher version. Please check CafeTran and Java version in CafeTran's Help > About panel".

Anyway, please submit a support ticket to help you reinstall the program.
