As with the previous build, on two of my Windows 10 PCs LO opens normally but it doesn't track segments. Am I perhaps missing some particular settings in LO?

Thanks, I thought about that possibility. But, since CTE is so prone to the Preference settings corruption I would prefer not to touch anything there unless really necessary. That's why I would prefer to select "HTML target preview" (and not using it).
