Translate a PDF in CTE

In the newest version, after successfully setting the Application Connection to LibreOffice, I am trying to translate a PDF.


Importing it automatically selects the "Libreoffice document" File filter, with Automatic segmentation as the default.


When I create the project, the document opens in LibreOffice Draw, but CafeTran show the error message "No source document!" and the Grid is empty.


Tried with several PDFs.


What I am doing wrong or missing here? Any pointers?

Perhaps your PDF document contains only text images - not the actual editable text?

I confirm I have tested editable PDFs, not scanned text or text images.

Please submit a support ticket attaching one of your PDF files to look into it.
