Is it possible to Increase the line spacing in the translation editors, in order to see the  small blue lines that mark term patters better?

Perhaps it's possible to add some space above the first line too?

Alternative approach: Forget about the blue lines and introduce a new colour for term patterns (to differentiate them from hi-prio terms).
