How to make a screenshot?


On Mac:

  • Press SHIFT+CMD+4 to make a screenshot of a selected area, or:
  • Press SHIFT+CMD+3 to make a screenshot of the whole screen

How to upload a screenshot to the CafeTran Freshdesk?
  • Create a new posting.
  • Click on the imageicon to select your screenshot.
