What TM options are being used when exporting a TMX?

While exporting segments from Project to TMX memory, the tags positions are calculated and stored. All duplicate segments are kept to maintain the project's contents.

When running Project > Export and exchange > To TMX memory, what are the TM options that being used?
Namely:
1. Are tags being stored?
2. Are all or only newer duplicates stored?
Maybe I am missing other settings, so if there are any other relevant TM options applied at export, please feel free to add :-)
