I don't think that listing of all glossaries before the QA is an issue. The ones which are set for the QA are already marked (ticked) so you just need to press Enter. The user might add (or remove) from QA other glossaries just before doing QA. However, the fix in the coming update should keep "Terms consistency check" and the change of the "Priority" option across the running sessions.
The QA Glossary Consistency ignores Term Consistency setting of glossaries and lists all attached glossaries, regardless of the setting of the last item of this context menu:
