CafeTran 100% exact match

Your screenshot shows 'near' exact match (see the red "Different source" note). It means that there is a slight difference (e.g in spacing or punctuation). CafeTran inserts such matches automatically as well only when you reach/enter the given segment since they may require your attention. Otherwise, you might fail to notice the difference and correct it. The real exact matches should be inserted in one go just fine by this feature.

So I am trying to speed up my translation, but I notice that I have a number of exact matches (100 percent) but when I click "Insert all exact matches" it doesn't do anything.
What (if anything) am I missing here and how can I speed this up? Thank you!
