KM Macro: Unpack Transit packages - updated version, now handles Umlauts

I've updated my KM macro to unpack Transit PPF packages (and copy the source language files to target language files, for translation in CafeTran Espresso).

The macro now handles Umlauts and the ß character in file names correctly!!!

There was an encoding issue because of the Ditto unzip utility couldn't handle Umlauts correctly.
