Wrap target segment with spanning tags

Useful if you have deselected Hide segment boundaries.


Note that the macro is based on the assumption that no tags are present INSIDE the segment.

If the segment contains in-segment tags, first use the macro then use CMD+click to insert the in-segment tags swiftly. The tag numbering will be correct :).
