Start with a simple expression.
Test it at https://www.freeformatter.com/java-regex-tester.html
Note that CafeTran Espresso is more critical to correct syntax with non-translatables than with the Find dialogue box (option regex ticked).
So, if you want to create an entry for a non-translatables glossary, you'll just have to test it with a real glossary.
Enhance the simple expression with one extra level (if necessary) at a time.
Test the expression by clicking on the blue segment number in the Grid to reload the segment.
Check if all instances are matched by regular expression definition:
