BTW: The memory has priority set to Low.
Regular expression based non-translatable fragments present both in your glossaries and in your exact matches might block auto-propagation of those exact matches. There is an option to auto-propagate non-translatable fragments in Preferences > Auto-propagation tab. See if turning off or on this option changes anything.

I have this problem:
EMs and CMs aren't inserted automatically via propagation when glossaries with different priorities are loaded.
I have a general glossary with these settings
As long as I only use this glossary, all EMs and CMs are propagated perfectly.
However, when I add my QA or NT (non-translatables) glossary, propagation stops.
