CafeTran

The new version of CafeTran Espresso 10.6.5 is available for download. 

Important! Do not update before exporting your current projects. Please complete  all your translation projects in your current CafeTran version before updating.

The update can be performed via Drag and Drop as follows:

1. Run CafeTran.

2. Download 20191203_update.zip file from here and place it on your desktop. Do not unzip or rename the file after downloading.

Note:  On Mac OSX system, Safari web browser may unzip the file automatically after downloading it. Before you download the update file, uncheck the  following Safari option:

Safari > Preferences > General > Open "safe" files after downloading.

3. Drag and Drop the downloaded 20191203_update.zip file anywhere in CafeTran's initial screen - the Dashboard.

Alternatively, you can install 20191203_update.zip file via the "Install Update" button in the Help > About panel instead of dragging and dropping.

What's new:

• Added segment skipping options and term prefix settings to Project Templates.
• Faster opening of Project Templates.
• Stopping at the last segment during navigation even if this segment is set for skipping.  It also eliminates the blank editor after the last skipped segment. 
• Addition of Approved (A) and Rejected (R) segment status in the status column at bilingual export to Word.  The letter for Checked/Reviewed status has been changed from R to C in the status column of bilingual Word document.  
• Option to ignore segment status at bilingual document import - see it Preferences > Workflow tab.
