I haven't worked with any other CAT tools since years, so I don't know their current implementation of MT and overruling with your own preferred terms, but I cannot imagine that other tools do achieve such splendid results in this regard as CafeTran Espresso 10 Croissant does.

The feature to correct MT suggestions with your own glossaries (memories) works incredibly good.
