Note that the important part here is the way to emulate a right click. The reloading of a glossary is just an example.

Finally, someone pointed me into the right direction :).
Note that you'll have to make the non-translatables glossary floating and adjust the coordinates for the mouse click.
With some fiddling, you should be able to make this macro work while the glossary is not floating, but in the tabbed pane.
(FYI: The right-click command seems to have a timing problem in Java apps, hence the .1 pause. End good – all good.)
