Adding a client or subject field to your glossary

In cases where you have imported a Studio termbase into a memory and subsequently created a glossary (see: https://cafetran.freshdesk.com/support/discussions/topics/6000055322) you may want to add a column to store the client's name or subject field etc.


Here's how it's done:

  • Open the glossary in Notepad+ or BBEdit.
  • In BBEdit, search for:

You'll get:

In Notepad+ you'll have to do something similar.

BTW: You can also use Excel or OpenOffice Calc to add a column. Be sure to save as UTF-8 (or past back the glossary via the clipboard).
