When CafeTran sets tags automatically (adding hits from a TM) and you touch the tag, the tag is replaced by a kind of native tag. See here:
As you can see, one tag is being replaced by several "native" tags (this depends on your settings and on the number of tags in the source text). This behaviour is quite annoying.
Another detail is that CT sets these tags even inside words of the target segment. Why does it do that? That's absolutely not comprehensible (these are no tags with OCR-origin).
