I don't know what I did wrong, but now I am unable to create a new glossary. Even after clicking on "New" in the dashboard, when CT opens I find nothing in "Glossaries" of the Glossary menu. And when I try to create a new glossary from inside CT, even after selecting my working languages, clicking on OK and then clicking on Edit to check the glossary heading, nothing opens.
What am I missing of so important not to be able to do what I was able to do until a while ago?
I reinstalled CT twice but nothing changes.

If you changed the installation location of the program, obviously it cannot find the glossary configuration files from the previous installation. You need to reimport your exisiting glossaries via the Dashboard > Glossaries.

Your new glossary file is still empty. Add a few entries and save it (it will save automatically after you add some new entries).
This is what I did. However, I reinstalled CT once more and then I could create the new glossary.
