The latest version of CafeTran Espresso offers comfortable access to some MT web pages. Currently, these include Google Translate, Microsoft Bing Translator, DeepL and Youdao MT. They can be selected in the Dashboard and accessed simultaneously. To paste the current segment into the chosen MT web page(s), click the Translate button in the source language editor's toolbar. Click the Transfer MT button in the same toolbar to transfer the machine translation into the target language editor. There are the keyboard shortcuts for both actions.
