Cannot open exported pptx

First of all, perform QA > Tags check. Also, make sure that the previously exported version of the document is not already opened in PowerPoint. If it does not help, submit a support ticket. There confirm whether you edited, moved or change otherwise the source language document before finishing its translation.
Thanks Igor, I did, and updated to the latest version, too. The problem remains, I'll submit a support ticket.
