Freshdesk might have its advantages concerning ticketing, but its forum features and this kind of reaction after posting something is a bit annoying. At least the posting are being saved.

Extremely annoying. The forum is pure shit. And so is the "Solutions." Everything about F reshdesk is shit. Pure and utter shit. And to post a ticket? What's wrong with sending an email to The Boss (I mean Igor)? That's what we used to do, and it never failed.
I do not use any ticketing system for my own purposes, but I can understand that someone makes the upgrade from a simple mail-based system to a (supposingly professional) ticketing system, where setting priorities and solving the tickets might be simpler (though I assume there are possible solutions to bridge this gap).
Unfortunately the forum features in Freshdesk are quite poor.
