In German, there are strict rules for initial uppercase. In English it's more or less a party.

I haven't fooled around with the new templates feature (waiting for the KB entry...), but I'd suppose you can set it there.
That would be nice, Hans! However, I've decided to activate the setting for English too: too many false case adjustments. Because, like I claimed: initial case is a party in English. Perhaps even more, when English texts were written by Germans.
