I recently bought a license for CafeTran for three years. When installing CafeTran I was asked to enter the SystemID and entered my computer's serial number. After that this pop-up appeared on my screen: 

Wrong system 

The CafeTran Espresso license file you have imported is valid, however, the local SystemID does not match the SystemID associated with the license file  

Did I enter the wrong number? How can I make CafeTran work again?

You shouldn't have entered your computer serial number. Please submit a support ticket to help you with this issue.
