Why on Earth do you continue to refuse to mention Automator? It's free, it's easy, and it is on everybody's Mac. The Automator Services will be saved by default in iCloud (so they are there for all your Macs), are shown in the Menu for all apps, and if you want in the contextual menu (though not in CT).
