Is it possible that the last update has changed the layout when docking two joined tabs to the segment oane?
Before:
Source text
Target text
Docked rab 1 | Docked tab 2
Now
Source text | Docked rab 1 | Docked tab 2
Target text |
Any pulling and dragging of the windows or tabs to the left, to the right, up or down does not help
If as it seems the option to Dock to grid has been removed in this update, can it be brought back ? It was helpful to arrange screen estate when working on a laptop, I mostly use Windows Layout 2, and in this layout, the grid can accommodate nicely one more resource.
Hi again,
Both the dynamic adjustment of the tab docked at the segment editor and docking tabs to the segments grid should work okay now. Please download and apply the same update 23 again.
Nice, thank you for your reactivity Igor, and have a great week-end!
>> 3. The new tab docking option - Dock tab to window vertically - left.
This can make a modified Layout 2, which I like better.
It is now quite difficult (if not impossible) to create the 'traditional' style layout:
1/3 of the width: segment grid
1/3 of the width: segments editor
1/3 of the width: glossary docked to the segments editor
All of them together: 1/2 of the height
The other half below containing the tabbed pane
Should I record a movie to indicate which problems I'm facing here? Or is my description clear enough?
Here on my MacBook Pro, the upper right column constantly collapses and becomes the third 'row' below the segments editor. Resizing the total GUI from the bottom right corner doesn't help. As it is, I'm not very eager to install the latest build on my iMac too.
Cafetran on Mac sucks a bit... :P
Come on! Hans, Just kidding!

Hi,
CafeTran Espresso 2016 Ichiro - Update 23 is available for download. The update can be performed via the Drag & Drop procedure as follows:
1. Run CafeTran.
2. Download 20161027_update.zip file from here (do not unzip or rename the file after downloading) and place it on your desktop.
Note: On Mac OSX, the Safari web browser may unzip the file automatically after downloading. To prevent this, just use the right-click menu and choose the "Download Linked File" command.
3. Drag and drop the downloaded file into the Project Dashboard and restart the program.
On Mac OS X, the Java 1.8.0_77 update broke the drag and drop function in CafeTran. The fix is available starting from CafeTran's Update 4. If you skipped all the updates from 4 to 22, please choose the downloaded update file via the Help > About > Install Update button instead of dragging and dropping it into the Project Dashboard.
What's new:
1. Fixed the non-translatable highlighting issue in the source segments containing tags.
2. The rollover undocking icons are placed directly in the docked panels instead of the status bar.
3. The new tab docking option - Dock tab to window vertically - left.
Cheers,
Igor
