Are we willing to accept a license fee increase if it is necessary for the software supplier to hire someone who can write full-scale "official documentation" for the users?

Or are we willing to satisfy ourselves with "advanced" features plus "poor" official documentation for the "affordable" price?

I think it's not a taboo but merely a matter of economics. But before we go into discussing this here, I'd rather encourage you and everyone else to ask the questions that you have. Perhaps Igor and others can answer them.

That would cover part of the missing documentation. The part that won't be covered is the part of which you don't know at all: all the great features that you aren't aware of. If you don't know that something exists and if you cannot imagine its existence, you cannot ask questions about it :).
