Hi M,
You may have set too much RAM for Java. Note that Windows 32-bit systems do not allow more than 2 GB RAM for Java. If possible, update to Windows 64-bit. You can revert to the previous Java memory settings in cafetran.conf file located in the installation folder on Windows.

After changing the memory size and restarting CT, the desktop shortcut is corrupted and does not work.
