This seems to be a bug. After adding a phrase like "virtual brain worker" and at the same time adding a subterm "brain worker," the subterm entry is recognized instantly, but the other (virtual brain worker) is not recognized unless the glossary is reloaded.

Interesting observation. I'll keep my eye on it. I had the feeling that something was wrong, very likely that your findings are the explanation of my experiences.
