There's a big security risk in the Flashplayer (again). You are advised to update the Flashplayer only from the source!

Something like: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Better: do not use any Flash at all.

Is there still any need for Flash nowadays?

(Note: If you really need Flash for a certain website, you can use Chrome that has a safe Flash version of its own in a sandbox).
