In this SDL project consisting of several SDLXLIFF files I have to translate Aufgabe (task <> feeding), standing isolated in a segment.

How can I be sure that both translations are kept on the correct positions?

Segment 122: Aufgabe > Task

File K

Segment 8282: Aufgabe > Feeding

Probably by unchecking "Translation -- Options -- Auto-propagation to other segments".

Indeed Martin, but I'd like to keep these useful features. There's no way to locks segments, is there?

Locking segments would be a nice feature, but difficult to implement, I assume.

But anyway, you are aware that this status would necessarily need to be kept in the return package? Else a PM and/or a proofreader confirming all segments in his Studio Suite would make the 2nd segment overwrite, I assume.
