On Windows systems, the menu tooltips are displayed in the help bar.

Another trainee, working with Windows 10 and the latest version of CafeTran, won't get the tooltips for the menus. Ticking/unticking the relevant menu item in the View menu, restarting CafeTran won't help.
Why is this?
