How about this New pay model for Google Translate and Bing Translator:
Pay as you accept
Instead of the current:
Pay as you query
Is this an idea that you just had, or something that Google Translate or Bing Translator actually implemented, or will be implementing?
The difference often is only one step.
Google's verdienmodel is clear: it will get continuous feedback on the quality of MT.

I'm not sure I follow. I take it you mean this was an idea of yours.
The Google Translate API doesn't send back any info about what you did with its proposed target text, so there is no feedback on the quality of MT for them to take.
No, but I'd be willing to give them that info ('His Master's Eye') if they are willing to switch to the Pay Per Click model.
We're currently negotiating this new model. Stay tuned.
