Hi Masato,
Segment patterns are not included in the terms consistency check so maybe you disabled it for this glossary by the right-click at the glossary pane?

Masato: it is not a good idea to include a segment pattern in a glossary that will be used for terms consistency check
It's a good idea to use "segment patterns only" resources (or "segments patterns & regexes only" tab dels), subject/client/project specific. For a number of reasons. Sorry I never mentioned this before.
H.
And it's pure logic they are excluded from consistency checks since they contain a {variable}. Variables and consistency don't go very well together.

It seems that a glossary containing a segment pattern cannot be used for terms consistency check. The checking does not start.
The same is true when both such a glossary and a glossary containing no segment patterns are selected for the consistency check.
If this is the case, it is not a good idea to include a segment pattern in a glossary that will be used for terms consistency check.
Cheers,
Masato
