Are we sure we want FreshDesk at all? There seem to be several problems associated with it, like no way to edit posts only to delete them, no way of quickly finding out the new posts, and for reasons unknown to me yet, I can't copy/paste anymore.

I tried again. Only changed my user name (that didn't need to be changed), did not click Save Changes this time, logged out, went to the forum. Same shit.

Freshdesk forums are shit. Pure and utter shit. Don't get me started (though I'll be happy to oblige, of course). So is the "Solutions" part of Freshdesk. I like the entries. I love the entries. But you can't really search them, per subject, you'll have to click to continue. The Freshdesk Solutions is shit. Apart from moving to another kind of website (recommended), I'd say the very first item in the Freshdesk Solutions should be "Overview." An overview of all entries, sorted in a logical way. With links.
