I'm not sure whether Michael has already asked this, but is it possible to get a list with Recent topics rather than Popular topics?

I also noticed that the Freshdesk handles time stamps very weird. Sometimes it tells me that a message (or reply) has been posted only a couple of minutes ago, whereas in reality it is much older.
