Duplicates (sometimes) being sent to my online TM-Town TM from inside CT

Hi Kevin/Igor,
I just noticed that segments sent to my TM stored online at TM-Town are sometimes duplicated.
For example, if I move back and forth a few times between segments (e.g., from segment 4 to 5, then back to 4, and from there to 5, and then back to 4, etc.) the same segment will be shown multiple times in the Search your segments tab in the TM-Town pane.
Two things:
(1) The system should not send duplicates
(2) There should be a way to clean TMs of duplicates (also TBs)

Hi Michael,
Thanks for the feedback!
#1)
I will add some server-side checks on TM-Town that will not create a new translation unit if a translation unit with the same source and target segment already exists in that document.
#2)
This is on my to-do list. I plan to create a much better segment editor in TM-Town where you can easily search, create, update, delete individual segments.
I recently added this for glossaries (TBs). If you have a glossary on TM-Town from the "Your Work" page under your "Terminology Files" tab click the orange "Term Viewer" button. This will bring you to a new Term Concept Viewer. From here you can search all terms in that document (with a lot of advanced filtering options). You can edit a term by clicking on it. You can also add new terms here.

Hi Michael,
I made some updates today that should solve both #1 and #2.
#1) If you submit a translation unit through CafeTran that has a source and target that are both identical to another translation unit in that document, the new duplicate translation unit will not be saved.
#2) I added a Translation Unit Editor today. If you click on a TM in the "Your Work" area (or even a monolingual document) and then navigate to the "Translation Units" tab (or "Segments" tab if it is a monolingual document) you will see an orange button labeled "Translation Unit Viewer". From here you can search / edit / create / delete translation units (segments) in that document.
If you have a lot of duplicates let me know and I could run a script to clean up your files, but hopefully this web view will give you more control to edit any segment in any document.
